How to Use
After cleansing skin, soak cotton ball or pad with toning essence and apply to the face and neck in an upwards and outward motion. Alternatively splash into palm of hand and onto skin. No rinsing necessary. Use morning or morning and night. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
